About Me:

Dejan Petkovic a.k.a. DJ Mistake was born on the 29.10.1983 in Pirot My involvement with music began at the start of middle school. After which, I have began to work in one of the biggest and best nightclubs in Pirot called "By Italy" where, for the next three years I was the resident DJ. After high school I enrolled in a University in Nis where i worked in a few different clubs, namely "SCENA","OPERA","GALLERY", "REKA", “SORABI”,"ORANGE" in Belgrade - '' ENERGIA '' and ''HP CAFFE'' .After University I returned to my hometown of Pirot where i began to work in one of the best clubs, Anja", where again I was made the resident DJ. Besides club "Anja" i also liased between clubs similar in character such as "Mali princ","Sport caffe","Elit","Lisa". During this time I also made guest appearances on radio programs such as "BeatBox"... I have also done various promotion work for products/companies such as, "Tequila","Pelinkovac","Staro Brno" & "RedBull" party! Last summer I was invited as a guest at the first open air Techno fest held in Pirot "SyncIT 07" with the likes of other DJ's such as; Marko Nastic,Paul Jackson,Phil Drummond,Virgin Helena,Alexandar Katanya,Lion, Stolle,Ales,Goran Starcevic,Witchy,Ice, Alexandar Garrnier,Pavka,Matt,Highbourn,Alexandar Kitanovic,Cybermania, Nalimbo, Rebel,L.P. Besides DJ-ing I am also currently working as a composer, first starting with composing hip hop music and then progressing to trance and psychodelic music. I am pretty well known in most of the music genres that DJ's typically use, but above all the man genres I utilise are Electro,Progressive-House i Psychodelic.
